We have passed this marker many times before going to and from Nebraska but we had to make a pit stop anyway so while we were pulled off the road we took a picture of the sign. I just thought it was neat that we were in the center of the entire U.S.09.28.2008

These things always crack me up! "On this date, 8 miles southeast of this marker, such and such happened." Isn't the marker supposed to mark THE spot? LOL!!!
