This is the bouncing zebra we had gotten for Emma when she was Conner's size. Daddy went upstairs and got it out of storage a couple weeks ago and Conner LOVES it!!!

Video: Conner Walking

Yesterday, 2-13-09, was the very first time Conner took any baby steps and I wasn't expecting it so of course I didn't catch his very first time on camera. Today, 2-14-09, we worked with him some more and got a short clip of him trying out his legs for his 2nd day of learning to walk. At first he was fussing thinking "not again" but in the end he was so proud of himself!!!

Special Delivery

+ On Friday, the kids got all kinds of Valentine's Day goodies from their grandparents & great-grandparents, some by mail and some delivered from the flower mart!!

After an exciting day, Conner was POOPED!!
This is the closest I have EVER been to a bat! This was in the rain forest at our local zoo.

Before we went to the zoo I had watched my friend Mary's daycare kids so she could run some errands. She has a glass storm door and Conner loved sitting in front of it so he could look outside.

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!!

Conner's 1st Steps...

Conner took his very 1st steps today, 2-13-2009, at age 10 months & 1 week old!! I wasn't expecting it so of course I wasn't running the camera but we will get this on video this weekend and post it later so be sure to check back soon!!!

Video: Happy 50th B-Day Grandma Nancy!

Grandma Nancy turned 50 on January 10th. We had a nice steak dinner followed by a yummy cake and homemade ice cream!! Note that we only put 5 candles on the cake -- 1 for every decade!!
