Conner, 10-25-09

We enjoyed a beautiful day outside, raking leaves and playing!!! Conner really enjoyed running all around the yard and I think it is because the leaves would make noise as he ran through them.

Conner's 18-month Well Child Check-Up

On, 10-23-09, Conner had his 18-month well child check-up. He weighed in at 26.4 lbs, putting him in the 75th percentile for his weight and (can't remember, will add later) inches long, putting him in the 90th percentile for his length. He had to have 3 more immunization shots (which were combined into 2 injections) and he had his very 1st seasonal flu shot; making it a total of 3 shots in his poor little legs. Anyway, he had a great report from the PA we saw and he is developing like a normal 18-month old, which I thank God for both of my healthy children!!

PS - While at the doctor's office Emma had her very 1st seasonal flu vaccination but she was old enough to have the nasal mist which she did very well at taking.

A group photo of the class.
Some hay bales set up for climbing.....Emma said she was scared and didn't climb up.
Emma and one of her friends from school....Emma refused to look at me but I took the picture anyway!!! :o)

Today Emma's preschool class took their first field trip to a local pumpkin patch. It was COLD but the kids seemed to have fun. They all got to play for a little bit, then picked out a small pumpkin and to end the trip we took a hay rack ride through a corn field. Unfortunately my camera battery died and so I didn't get as many pictures as I had hoped for but you can get an idea of how things went.
