Video: Conner In Baby Walker
Here's a short clip of Conner sitting in the baby walker for the first time. He doesn't look overly thrilled but he was pretty focused in watching me with the camera. Emma comes up towards the end (after she's been wrestling on the ground with Uncle John and has crazy hair) and you can tell she seems a little jealous that baby brother is in the walker. When I did take him out she was all about climbing in and out of the walker, being her typical monkey-self.

Big sister slept in some this morning so I was able to get a few pictures of our growing little boy!!!! It's hard to believe Conner is 11 weeks already and growing so quick. Just in the last few days he's really started exploring with his voice -- you hear a lot of "ahh's" coming from him in different volumes!!! It's wonderful!

Kansas Camels...
Tonight we had the opportunity to go and help bottle feed some baby camels that belong to the father of Michelle (one of Sara's friends). They were SO CUTE and this little camel was born on May 31st so it was just a few weeks old. Emma had SO MUCH fun spending time with the camels. This little guy was very soft and loved to be pet!!!!! Thank you Michelle and Keith for the fun evening!!!!

Our Precious Little Man
Conner after just having had a warm bath and warm bottle so he was nice and relaxed and went right to sleep afterwards!!!! I can't get over how long his eyelashes are!!!! If you click on the bottom picture to make it bigger he almost looks like he has a little bit of a reddish tint to his eyebrows??? You can also see where he had his face all scratched up in several different spots....his fingernails grow like crazy!06.17.2008

A Big Boy!!!
Today was Conner's 2 month well child checkup and the pediatrician gave him a great report!! He is definitely a growing boy!!!! Here are his stats:Length: 23 3/4" long -- 95th percentile
Weight: 13lbs 5oz -- 97th percentile
Head Circumference: 40cm -- 50th percentile
He had to have a total of 5 shots and 1 liquid/oral immunization today so he's a little sore on his legs where he got poked!!!!!

Playing In A Puddle
We had not thrown the box away that the swing set came in (we still have a few parts to put together) but with all the severe storms we have had we put the lid back on the box which in turn collected quite a bit of water. When we went out to play this afternoon Emma went right to the water and I decided to go ahead and let her have fun playing in it!!!! She did have a lot of fun but she was SO messy and soaked afterwards!!!!06.13.2008
